Complaint & Refund Policy

If the customer has a complaint about the treatment or product, it must be reported as soon as possible but no later than within 3 working days after discovery in writing (via email or social media). V Beauty Studio must give the complainant adequate response within 3 working days of receiving the complaint. If a complaint is justified, the studio will fix the issue; or the client receives credit for future appointments. No cash refund is to be issued.

Concerns raised after 72 hours of your last appointment might not be subject to a free-of-charge fix.

You are paying for the artist’s time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refund will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 5 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. We don’t take responsibility for any concerns addressed after 5 days of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions.


Code of conduct
We ask that clients treat our staff with patience and kindness. If the client expose rude or violent behaviours towards our staff, V Beauty Studio has the right to refuse serving the client in the future.

Gift Vouchers
Vouchers expire 1 year after purchase, are available to redeem on any product or service at V Beauty Studio and are not redeemable for cash.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse your booking and refund what you have paid.

For all new appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

LATE POLICY
Please familiarize yourself with our location and prepare yourself for traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone’s time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 10 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Please allow 72 hours (3 business days, we are closed on Sundays) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your permananet make up appointment. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice.
  • Please allow 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your lashes appointment. . Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 24 hours’ notice

GUESTS POLICY
Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure. And please maintain your
phone at silent mode.

SERVICE DEPOSITS
A deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided to us upon booking your online appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS
Initial procedure appointments receive a complimentary touch up. This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. If you need to book this appointment after 8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and will incur an additional charge. Complimentary touch up are not mandatory, nor is it necessary for every client, but we offer it for those
clients who would need a follow up. Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees
will apply.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS
If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call our studio directly
Touch-up price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval . After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your
deposit will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS
All permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will healdifferently.

In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. V STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime.
